Dawnray’s QSFP-100G-CWDM4-I optical transceiver is an industrial parallel 100Gbps Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable QSFP28 module for use in 100GBASE Ethernet network. QSFP28 CWDM4 provides 103.1Gb/s throughput up to 2km over single-mode fiber (SMF) with host FEC using 1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm, 1331nm wavelength. This transceiver is fully compliant with QSFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3 100GBASE-CWDM4 and CAUI-4 standard. Its electrical interface is MSA compliant 38-pin edge type connector and the optical interface is Duplex LC connector. The full-duplex QSFP28 transceiver implements 4 independent 25.78125Gbps transmit and receive signal channels in each wavelength for an aggregate 103.125Gbps data rate. Industrial modules extend the operating temperature range. Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring/Digital Optical Monitoring (DDM/DOM) support is present for real-time performance monitoring via 2-wire (TWI/I2C) interface. Our modules are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform alternatively to generic/MSA transceivers.
