WARRANTY

All Dawnray Tech Co., Ltd. product(s) sold shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a limited warranty period from the date of delivery provided that the product was properly installed and used. Defects, malfunctions, or failures of the warranted product(s) caused by damage resulting from unforeseeable incidents (such as floods, fire, etc.), environmental and atmospheric disturbances, other external forces such as power line disturbances, host computer malfunction, plugging the board in the under power, or incorrect cabling and damage caused by misuse, abuse and unauthorized alteration or repair are not warranted.

Consumalbe products are covered by the DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty but not standard one. In case the products are delivered faulty, or any of them break down within a 30 days of the delivery date, they are considered DOA.

Both standard and DOA warranty are limited to the repair and/or replacement, at Dawnray Tech Co., Ltd.’s sole discretion, of the defective product during its warranty period. The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning the defective Product to Dawnray Tech Co., Ltd. for service. The customer agrees to prepay shipping charges, to use the original shipping container or equivalent, and to insure the product or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit. Repaired or replaced products are warranted for 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, or for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period, whichever is longer.

The provisions of the warranty are in lieu of any other warranty, whether expressed or implied, written or oral, and Dawnray Tech Co., Ltd.’s liability arising out of the sale or supplying of the product and its use, whether based on warranty, contract, negligence, product liability or otherwise shall not exceed the original cost of the product. In no event shall Dawnray Tech Co., Ltd. be liable for unintended or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits or use damages arising out of the sale or supplying of the product.
