Brocade Foundry OC12-SFP-MM compatible optical transceiver is a dual fiber 622Mbps Small Form-factor Pluggable SFP module for use in OC12/STM-4 SONET/SDH network. SFP OC12-SR provides 622.08Mb/s throughput up to 500 meters over multi-mode fiber (MMF) using 850nm wavelength. This transceiver is fully compliant with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), SONET OC-12 SR and SERDES standard. Its electrical interface is MSA compliant 20-pin edge type connector and the optical interface is Duplex LC connector. The full-duplex SFP transceiver features highly reliable VCSEL transmitter and PIN photo detector to offer high performance interconnection at 622.08Mbps data rate. Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring/Digital Optical Monitoring (DDM/DOM) support is present for real-time performance monitoring via 2-wire (TWI/I2C) interface. Our modules are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform alternatively to genuine Brocade Foundry OC12-SFP-MM transceivers.
