Cisco QSFP-100G-SR1.2 compatible optical transceiver is a parallel 100Gbps Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable QSFP28 BIDI module for use in 100GBASE Ethernet network. QSFP28 BD provides 103.1Gb/s throughput up to 100 meters over OM4 or 70 meters over OM3 multi-mode fiber (MMF) using 850nm/900nm wavelength. This transceiver is fully compliant with QSFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3 100GBASE-BD and CAUI-4 standard. Its electrical interface is MSA compliant 38-pin edge type connector and the optical interface is Duplex LC connector. The full-duplex QSFP28 transceiver implements 2 lanes of 50Gbps bidirectional signals by different wavelengths in two independent fibers for an aggregate 103.125Gbps data rate. MSA memory map is accessible via 2-wire (TWI/I2C) interface. Our modules are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform alternatively to genuine Cisco QSFP-100G-SR1.2 transceivers.
