HPE Aruba JL489A compatible DAC is a passive 25Gbps SFP28 to SFP28 direct attach cable for use in 25GBASE Ethernet network. SFP28 DAC provides 25.78Gb/s throughput for 5m interconnection with high speed twin-axial copper cable. This DAC is fully compliant with SFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3by 25GBASE-CR and 25GAUI standard. Its twin-axial copper cable’s wire gauge is 26AWG and pre-terminated with MSA compliant 20-pin edge type connectors. Standard length options cover from 1 meter to 5 meters. MSA memory map is accessible via 2-wire (TWI/I2C) interface. Our DACs are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform alternatively to genuine HPE Aruba JL489A direct attach cables.
